Traditional Thai Massage

Rooted in centuries of healing tradition, Traditional Thai Massage combines deep pressure techniques using the hands, thumbs, elbows, knees, and feet. Working methodically from feet to head, this dynamic sequence stimulates energy flow, restores flexibility, and targets every layer of tissue — from skin to ligaments.

This is an invigorating full-body therapy that helps release physical tension, boost circulation, and restore a deep sense of balance. Ideal if you feel tight, fatigued, or simply in need of a full reset.

Thai Oil Massage

Soft yet powerful, the Thai oil massage is one of the world’s oldest wellness rituals. Using warm, neutral oils, it combines fluid movements and therapeutic touch to calm the nervous system, improve blood flow, and ease minor aches.

Less intense than traditional Thai massage, this treatment is perfect if you’re seeking a relaxing, soothing experience to disconnect from stress and reconnect with your body.
